2022 Grand Design Reflection
Whether it’s fun on the Frio river at Garner State Park or relaxing on the Guadalupe while the kids have fun at the water park at Yogi Bear Jellystone park here in Kerrville, we want you to enjoy your stay in our brand new fifth wheel!! All the essentials are included such as plates, cups and flatware. In fact, we include camping chairs, canopy, and a small BBQ grill so you only have to bring yourself and a few small supplies. The bunkhouse has 2 bunks for kids and adults alike and the master bedroom has easy access to the bathroom. There is also a fold out bed in the living room area for larger families in need of an extra bed!! If desired, all linens can be provided. All linens are washed and RV is cleaned and disinfected between rentals. This unit has solar power capabilities for any "boondockers" looking for a weekend getaway. We want you to enjoy your time with your family so we take the work and worry out of the camping experience. From initial rental to setup, all the way till pick-up, we are here for you if needed. Door was locked when we arrived because the batteries to the code died. We had to wait about an hour for the owner to arrive with the keys leaving us with fussy kids needing to use the restroom, unable to make baby bottles etc. Description said linens were available (on the description) but nothing was on the beds. We finally found two blankets thankfully so our kids could use something to sleep. The indoor fridge stopped working and all of our food soiled. We had to make a trip to the grocery store to replace all of our food. No toilet paper or paper towels were provided. We always bring our own thankfully and replace what we used. Owner was quick to communicate with us until the fridge wouldn’t turn back on. This is our 5th time renting an RV and we have always had such a great experience. We haven’t ever left a bad review before and it’s unfortunate we have to do so but for the amount of money that we paid I don’t feel that it’s fair for future renters.

Wonderful experience! We loved the trailer. It was perfect for our family - roomy, comfortable beds, and had all the essentials already stocked. The owners were great and very communicative. I highly recommend renting this 5th wheel.

Great RV. Spacious, clean, comfortable and the AC’s kept up great with the Texas heat! Would definitely rent again!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
if the RV is delivered the electric, water and sewer will be set up for you. if you are picking up it will be covered in the walk through at pickup.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
you will be given a full walk through upon delivery or pickup. by the time we are done you will know the RV inside and out
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
we can be as flexible as you need!! just communicate with us and tell us what you need and we will work to make it happen.
