• We are an equipment rental company. Please understand it is your responsibility to know how to use the provided equipment. • Our travel trailers are only able to provide amenities based on what's provided in the campsite you have booked. • Treat your trailer with care and return it clean and RENT READY. Cleaning charges are calculated by the time required to return unit to the condition when you received it. • No smoking in or around the trailer. Do not climb on the roof/ladder, lean items against the trailer, or move it after delivery. • Only RV-safe toilet paper and human waste may be flushed. No wipes or feminine products. Clogs caused by prohibited items are subject to a $250 minimum charge. • Monitor wastewater tank levels and conserve water. **Note that at River’s Edge Campground, mid-stay dumping is not available. • Pets must be disclosed in advance and may not be left unattended in the trailer. • Review our walk-through videos before arrival and contact us promptly if you experience a problem. • Follow check-in instructions carefully on your day of arrival to help ensure you are not having to wait on-site long to get your walkthrough. • Be sure to call or text us when you are checking out of the trailer. Please do not leave without communicating with us. We are on a tight schedule between the campgrounds and our next customers, so this is not only greatly appreciated it also ensures you do not incur late checkout fees.
