No off-road/non paved road use whatsoever. No smoking. No climbing on the roof. No pets of any kind. Do not leave the awning open during windy conditions. Be mindful of opening and closing the awning with the entry door. No dumping of non rv products down the toilet ( i.e Tampons, maxi pads, regular house hold toilet paper) USE ONLY RV TOILET PAPER. Always use chemicals in all tanks. Always bring back unit with empty tanks unless purchasing our dump add on fee. When dumping tanks, empty the black tank first, then close the valve. Afer closing the black tank valve, proceed to open the grey tank valve to wash out the remainder of the black tank mess. *Empty the grey tank last* Always use a water pressure regulator on city water pressure. Never plug the RV into any outlets other than 110-120 volt 15 amp, 30 amp, or 50 amp RV rated receptacles. If towing a trailer, YOU MUST HAVE A BRAKE CONTROLLER AND A 2-5/16 BALL. We will refuse the rental upon pickup if you do not have a brake controller in your vehicle or have rented our wireless option. Your tow vehicle must have a 2-5/16 ball as stated on the coupler size in the vehicle listing. We will not let you rent with a 2" ball.
