This could have been a great trip as the trailer itself was set-up well but it had a terrible smell every time the air conditioner turned on, like sour, rotting garbage. We were gagging and could hardly stay in the trailer and it was way too hot to keep it turned off. It got slightly better for one day then got even worse again for the rest of the trip. We phoned and the owners didn't seem to care, told us to phone a maintenance person, which would have cost us money, and then told us to call road side assistance, which we did and they said they couldn't help with that type of thing. We phoned Outdoorsy and they didn't do anything either. We were very unimpressed paying $2500 to rent a trailer that clearly had something horrifically wrong with it and were equally unimpressed with Outdoorsy for not protecting the client in any way. The main bed was also like sleeping on a board, they do need a better mattress.
