We did not receive the Four Winds Unit, instead an old Jayco Redhawk 29XK without an oven (stated as included).

3.0We were excited when we saw Tim on site to view the large Class C Deluxe motorhome and requested the Four Winds Unit for September 12 to 15th. On September 9th we received "Your trip is about to begin" "Large Class C Deluxe Motorhome". We did not receive the Four Winds Unit, instead an old Jayco Redhawk 29XK without an oven (stated as included) leaving us to find alternatives. It also had no stabilizers, so the unit rocked with the slightest movement even when leveled. I inquired about this unit on April 28 to inquiry@rvrentalskelowna but never received an answer. All this was mentioned at pick up but met with indifference. Our excitement went to "it will have to do" which was disappointing. Res #9613161

5.0Service 10/10, A+ service and friendly people, very welcoming!!! No complaints at all trip went without a hitch, 1500kms Okanagan to Rockies Loop was a blast. If I had to nitpick something the RV we had was showing its age a bit, but she got us there and back all good!!!

5.0The staff was warm amd welcoming to our group. They were friendly gave a thorough walk through on the unit. We had zero issues what so ever. We will be giving them our business again next year!

5.0Once again, RVR Kelowna exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed. We usually rent the mid-sized unit but due to unavailability, we rented the large Class C. So much more room and the large bathroom was a bonus!! This was our 8th year renting from Nancy and we will be back next year as well.
