Friendly, communicative, and helpful
Staff are consistently friendly and communicative. They offer good support at pickup/return, though one instance of rushed instruction for fixing issues occurred.
Lightweight, good amenities, some wear
Relatively light and comfortable for two, featuring a short queen bed and well-equipped kitchen. However, it displays wear: faulty step, rusty coffee pot, water leaks, sticky doors, and rough cutlery.

4.0We loved this little trailer. A nice upgrade from our usual tenting experiences. Just 2 of us - can't imagine it would be comfortable with any more people. There were a few issues...faulty step, coffee pot was rusty, shower head fell off the wall... but overall it was great - bed was comfy, lots of lights and the kitchen was very well equipped. RVR staff were great to work with - very communicative and friendly. We would definitely recommend both the trailer and the company!

3.0This trailer worked well for us. It is relatively light and has a comfortable short queen bed. The fold down dinette is decent as well. The person who helped us when we picked up the trailer was rushed and did not tell us about much. We were shown the tool box etc to fix an issue with the trailer ourselves. The inside of the trailer was clean but showing signs of wear. 2 of the 4 mugs were cracked and the cutlery was in really rough shape. Everyone was friendly and the communication was good.

4.0Host was very good in helping us get started. Rpod was older than we anticipated. Had a few issues with sticky doors and water leak when we connected the city water. Host was also very good when we returned the trailer.

Pick up is between 1 and 4pm, returns are between 9 and 11am. Late returns may be requested - additional charges may be applicable.

Do I need a trailer brake controller?
A.
Yes, you will require a brake controller for this trailer. If you do not have a brake controller then you can rent a controller from us @ $75/rental. All you need is a 7 pin connector (round connector).
