** Sizes range between 19 and 22'Pick up is between 1 and 4pm, returns are between 9 and 11am.

I greatly enjoyed my Canadian holiday using the RV. Everything on the van worked well. Considering that it already had 188,000 km on the clock, it was in good condition and clean. The staff at RVR Kelowna were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very memorable holiday.
Concerning RVs in general, I think that it is necessary to have someone else with you. Sometimes visibility is limited at junctions and it helps to have some guidance when reversing.

The vehicle was ready to go at the designated pickup time. Staff were pleasant and informative as together we did the vehicle check. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and more, from electric appliances - like a toaster and a drip coffee maker - right down to the good, old fashioned coffee percolator! We loved the smell of morning coffee perking on the stovetop. Bonus.... the potable water tank had been filled with fresh well water which actually made the best coffee ever! Upon returning the unit check out was efficiently handled. Thank you for supplying an affordable home on wheels. It made our wilderness vacation a whole lot more comfortable.

Lifted up the dinette seat to use the storage space and found a dead mouse. Too much play in the steering. Foam mattress was very worn/no support. Dirty upholstery.

Staff were very accommodating. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived for pick up and they called a tech to repair it, gave us a cooler just in case and delivered the RV later in the day after it was fixed. They checked in with us during the trip to ensure everything was working properly. The RV ran well on the road and was a comfortable stay during our festival. The only small detail was the outdoor mat was very small, we were expecting it to fill in under the 10x10 tent. Had we known we would have brought our own. Friendly staff, easy pick up and drop off. We would rent from here again in the future.
