Broken electric jack, cold shower, bathtub 1/2 filled with toilet sludge, and damaged blinds significantly impacted the trip.

2.0the host connected the trailer to my truck so when we got to the camp site and I tried to disconnect the trailer I found out that the host broke the electric jack and I had to leave my truck connected to the trailer and could not use my truck to site see, I tried to take a quick shower and after 5 minutes , only cold water came out so I stopped. A couple of hours later something smelled really bad and after searching I found out that the bath tub was 1/2 filled up with toilet sludge and we had to disconnect the camp site to go to the dump site to empty the sewer tank which we figured was never emptied from the previous users, just about all of the window blinds were damaged and not useable , window screens were missing , so we couldn't open some of the windows the entry screen door , the screen had been replaced by someone that didn't know what they were doing , the screen kept falling out, so we ended the trip letting the owners know that the jack was broken and they will need to figure out how to disconnect the trailer , they didn't know what to do, so it took me almost 45 min to disconnect my truck when we got back so needless to say we will never be renting this RV in the future .

It was absolutely perfect for our needs — spacious, comfortable, and stocked with so many thoughtful extras and camping necessities that made our trip even easier and more enjoyable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host went above and beyond from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough in explaining how everything worked on the trailer. Their detailed walk-through gave us full confidence in operating everything, and they made sure all of our questions were answered. It’s rare to find someone this organized and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable rental experience. Highly recommend renting from this host — both the RV and the customer service were top-notch!
