This brand new 2022 Grand Design 337RLS is a fifth-wheel trailer with three slides, an open floor plan, and designer décor. It is 35' 6" of camping fun so message us to make sure that your tow vehicle is up to the task of towing this 10,838 lb. camper. We recommend either a 3/4 ton pickup or a properly equipped 1/2-ton pickup with a 5th wheel hitch.No Truck? No Problem! If you want to take it to the Next Level of Gold Star Luxury…we offer delivery with full set up and take down so all you have to do is show up with your clothes, food, have fun and start making memories.This camper features an island kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need including dishes (paper and Corelle), wine glasses, coffee cups, mixing bowls with measuring cups/spoons, pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, knives, Keurig coffee maker (coffee Kcups, Swiss Miss Kcups, assorted teas, creamers, sweeteners), “necessary” spices, cutting boards, cookie sheets, etc.Oh…and S’mores! We have included supplies to make S’mores!The residential style refrigerator and large pantry have plenty of room for all your favorite foods – cold, frozen, or shelf-stable.Sleeping – This camper sleeps 4 with a queen-size bed and pull-out sofa bed. Includes luxury bedding and linens.Kitchen – Residential style side-by-side refrigerator, three-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, pantry and includes just about anything you may need in this Home Away from Home.Bathroom – Full-size shower, sink, and foot-flush porcelain toilet. We can bring our Home Away From Home to your home to house your extra guests.Campground Requirements: For the best possible experience with this camper, we suggest campsites with full hookups that include electricity, city water, and sewage. However, at a minimum, we do require a campsite with electric hookups. If there is a situation where electricity is not available, you must have prior approval and we will lay out detailed usage limitations for the camper.Travel Restrictions: No off-road travel is allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc.Other things to note
Training: When you pick up the RV, we will complete the pre-rental orientation of the camper that will take about 30-90 minutes, depending on any prior experience you have with towing an RV and camping. It takes time to do a thorough and complete walk-through, and we want you to feel comfortable with all the systems. We will also provide you with a Renter’s Manual with detailed checklists to help you remember the steps covered in the orientation.Delivery: No truck? No problem! We do offer delivery. This service includes drop-off, leveling, and connection of all hookups including electric, water, and sewer. At pickup, we will also handle breaking everything down and the emptying of the waste tanks. However, if your campsite does not have sewage hookups or a dump station on-site, then a $75 dump fee will be charged as an Add On fee. Q.What about the sewer?

We also provide sanitary gloves, hand sanitizer, 2 ten-foot lengths of hoses, fittings, adapters, and a black tank flush hose.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Picking up or dropping off times can be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
Q.What is the recommended electric hookup?
A.
This is a 50 amp travel trailer. This will allow the use of both air conditioners at the same time. It will run on a 30 amp service, but can only run one air conditioner at a time. The 50/30 amp adapter will be included.
Q.What about fresh water?
A.
We will provide an inline charcoal water filter, pressure regulator, and all hoses and fittings to connect to the campground water source.
