Highly communicative and punctual
Jessica provided excellent and prompt communication, responded patiently to questions, and was always on time for pick-up/drop-off, even during the rental period. This led to a smooth, positive experience.
Clean, well-maintained, and spacious
The camper/trailer was super clean, immaculate, better than described, and well-cared for, with extra touches and an expandable, roomy design. Everything worked well; only a mattress upgrade was suggested.

4.0As a first time renter I had lots of questions and Jessica was really responsive and patient. Overall the experience was smooth and we enjoyed our trip. An upgraded mattress would have taken this to 5 stars. Thanks!

5.0We were really pleased with this trip. The trailer is obviously very well-cared for. It was immaculate when received. We used it only for an field event office and since it is expandable is quite roomy. Regarding the owners, they were the best! They arrived for both delivery and pickup at our agreed-upon scheduled times (which has not always been the case with our Outdoorsy experiences in the past) and were VERY communicative, answering our calls when we had questions during the rental period. This was our most positive experience in the past 3 years with Outdoorsy rentals.
