This unit sleeps up to 10 people, and 6 people without disturbing the living and dining area. The bunks and dinette bed have an extra length to them that will accommodate up to a 6’4” person without bumping your head or feet. Has a 32 in flat screen with a DVD/Blu-ray player for movie night (Movie selection available). You will find usb charging stations in several areas including each bunk, radio with accent lighting in the speakers, kitchen skylight, and a supersized 15,000 BTU AC with the quick dump option.
The exterior provides blackout glass, outside tv bracket and hook ups so you can bring the tv outside. 15ft power awning with LED accent lighting, electric tongue jack, outdoor shower and kitchen, 4 stabilizer jacks, tire pressure monitors, folding rear cargo rack, "Juice Pack" with 50 watt solar panel.Cosa è inclusoWhat makes it even better is we stock our travel trailer with everything you need!
On the exterior, we provide all hookups with room to spare when you may be further away from the connections. Propane is included with your stay and can be used on the outside kitchen but if you prefer charcoal, We have a portable grill with charcoal, and grilling utensils available. We throw in camping chairs, and marshmallow sticks for smores.
On the interior, you don't have to worry about the plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, measuring tools, toilet paper, propane, outdoor cooktop with fridge & ice maker, and linens (sheets, blanket, and pillows) for all the beds. We also provide a toaster and a Keurig Slim (with coffee cups). There is bath towels and hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen. Justin consistently provides professional communication, responds quickly to questions, is flexible with arrangements, and ensures smooth pick-up/drop-off. He also offered a partial refund for encountered issues.
Spacious family trailer, mixed condition
The RV is spacious for families (up to 6 adults), clean, and often well-stocked with amenities like strong A/C and good water pressure. However, some rentals experienced leaks in the master bedroom, mechanical issues (slide motor), and uneven fridge cooling.

We understand that every trip is unique, which is why we strive to be as flexible as possible when it comes to pick-up and drop-off times. Whether you're heading out early to catch the sunrise or returning a bit later than planned, we're happy to work with your schedule to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Just let us know your preferred times, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Level the trailer before using slide-outs. Use wheel chocks for safety. Don’t run multiple high-power appliances at once. Use the water pump only when not hooked to city water. Watch tank levels and dump before full. Go slow when driving or setting up. When in doubt, ask—we’re always here to help!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We aim to make setup easy! For electric, plug the power cord into the site’s 30 or 50-amp outlet. For water, connect the hose to the site’s spigot (use the pressure regulator). For sewage, attach the hose to both the trailer and the site's sewer. Leave the grey valve open if staying a while, and only open the black tank when dumping. We’re happy to walk you through it at pickup or delivery!
