Spacious with all needed amenities, including linen, dishes, cookware, utensils, etc yet the rig is easy to handle to drive around. Equipped with a queen sized bed, oven, microwave, water heater, furnace, fridge. The bunk bed, dinette bed and Sofa/Sleeper can easily accommodate 4 kids. A private bedroom separated from the main cabin has a firm yet comfortable memory foam queen-sized mattress. 2 flat screen TVs inside and one outside. 3 burner propane stove allows you to cook a full course meal for a family. It has one slide out that make the living area spacious. Outside Shower available. Outside propane connection available for outdoor cooking. Includes Bluetooth audio w/ full speaker system inside along with a couple of speakers on the outside, electric power awning, plenty of USB plugins. Includes backup camera that makes parking easy and left/right indicator cameras that makes switching lanes safe and easy. Tons of storage. Will provide a RV packing checklist as well as a detailed walk through on pickup. This is a perfect motorhome for your ultimate trip. Furnished with linen, pots/pans, dishes, cookware, etc.
Purchase of insurance through Outdoorsy is mandatory.
Additional Charges that will be charged by renter are:
1. Delivery/Drop-Off Charge of $200 up to 50 miles and $2 per mile after the first 50 miles
2. Required: Cleaning Fee = $200
3. Fuel fill up charge: $30 per eight of the tank as compared to the fuel level when picked up.
4. Propane fill up charge: $10 per quarter of tank as compared to the propane level when picked up.
5. Waste Tank Dump by owner if not cleaned by renter: $100
6. $1 /mile for mileage over 100 miles per day.
7. $3 per hour of generator use for usage over 4 hrs per day
