Includes a self leveling system with 4 automatic jacks that take the headache of leveling the coach away.Rig is 2021 model running on Ford E450 truck, brand new with very low miles. It has been around whole South West without any issues during several trips. Everything is 100% operational.
Coach has a large single Super-slide on driver side that pulls out whole side to allow for more space throughout the rig while parked.
Complete kitchen with a sink, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave and a refrigerator (Electric or Propane). Kitchen will come fully equipped with plastic dishes, and metal cutlery with additional pots, pans, and kitchen necessities. Additional appliances: coffee maker, tea-pot.
There is plenty of storage and drawers for your personal items plus cabinet space for additional items.
Stand up shower, toilet, sink and vanity in bathroom.
TV's in bedroom and overhead bunk with smart TV options.
18` power awning on passenger side, with LED light strip, outdoor carpet, outdoor speakers. All rentals will come with stored table and chairs for outdoor seating.
Outdoor shower is available as well next to water hookup.
This RV can sleep up to 8, but is most comfortable with 6 people.
