From the moment you lay eyes on The Family Cruiser you will fall in love with it. From its inviting exterior with awesome graphics, 20 ft awning, outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and dual entry doors you can't not love this camper. Once you make it inside the color and decor is very warm and comforting. With an oversized farm style stainless steel kitchen sink to the large stainless steel refrigerator/freezer the kitchen is a camper's dream with plenty of cabinet space and pantry space and then when you're ready to relax you can sit in front of the electric fireplace which sits just underneath the entertainment center which is home to a 38" TV with soundbar. Let's not forget when it's time to go to bed the main bedroom has a king size mattress and the double over double bunks will keep your children entertained and comfortable for hours for those days that you have to spend inside due to weather. The bathroom is probably one of the larger bathrooms for a camper this size that has bunks and a king size bed. So sit back relax and enjoy your camping vacation with The Family Cruiser.***Pick-up Only******NO Trailride Events******NO Boondocking***Cosa è inclusoRegarding amenities & linens. If linens package purchased we provide sheets, blankets, towels and wash rags and no need to wash upon return. No pillows provided.We do provide all kitchenware including plates, bowls, cups, pots n pans, utensils, plastic silverware, electric griddle, toaster and 12 cup coffee pot, no filters provided.Cleaning supplies are provided for we do request that camper be returned in the same cleaned condition it's given and if done so then no cleaning fee will be charged upon return. You do have the option to purchase Post-Rental Cleaning at discounted rate before hand if you don't want to worry about cleaning camper when done. 1 roll of rv toilet paper per day of rental is provided. DO NOT USE HOME TOILET PAPER, MUST USE RV TOILET PAPER and seating for 5 with outdoor camping chairs.TV has apps if internet is available and has built in HD receiver for possible local channels.We also supply 20lbs of propane, no need to refill before returning. All necessary water, power & sewer items for hook up provided. Also provide weight distribution hitch which will make towing smoother.

There's to be no smoking of any kind including vaping inside the camper. If there is any evidence of the fact you will forfeit your $500 security deposit.
This is a pet-friendly camper with a maximum of two dogs weighing no more than 75 lb each. If you intend to bring your dogs you must add the pet cleaning fee under add-ons and damage insurance.
Awning use is allowed but only when you are under the awning and actually using it. The number one insurance claim for RVs is awning damage from wind and or rain.
You will receive a clean camper & are expected to return a clean camper. We provide all of the cleaning product as well. If the camper is not returned clean then we will charge a cleaning fee of $75
You can purchase the grey/black tank dump and black tank backwash for a small fee otherwise if not you must empty both the gray tank and black tank and do a black tank backwash prior to returning.

Being a family of 5, we were always looking for something our family could enjoy doing but didn't break the bank. Growing up in Texas from a large family that always went tent camping, it felt natural to do the same with my family. I remember when we finally graduated to a camper from a tent, nothing big or fancy, just a pop-up with no ac, so basically a tent but just more stable & off the ground. Well 5 campers later over 20 years we came to our Mallard, "Mallory". She is such a great family camper and we have made so many memories with her we decided to start renting her out and we got so much joy seeing families enjoy her, whether it was there 1st time rv'ing or pros. It was just meant to be, so we decided to start a little rv rental business & so we added a 2nd unit & over the next 12 months added 3 more and now rent 6 campers.
