Recently purchased, this is an Ultra Lite trailer, meaning it can be towed with a half ton truck (ex. F150, Silverado 1500, Sierra 1500, Ram 1500, Titan, Tundra, ...), make sure to check your vehicles towing capacity. Vehicle must come equipped with brake controller, 2" hitch receiver, 7-way electric connector.
If you don't have the vehicle to tow or would prefer having me to deliver and set up, as well as pick up, we could certainly arrange that. On average it will be $100 for delivery/setup and $100 for pick up. This cost may vary depending on the distance. Plus the applicable fees for cleaning and dump of waste tanks.This is a fully equipped top of the line model / floor plan. Great for families with kids as it has a total of 3 rooms, sleeps 9. Great feature is a separate room with 3 bunk beds and a bedroom, both rooms have doors for privacy. The 3rd room is a living room/kitchen, which has 2 beds that can sleep 4 people. There are two Led TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, both units are Smart TVs with Roku feature. Living room has a large slide out making the living area/kitchen more spacious.
This model comes with an outdoor kitchen, including a second fridge. Electric awning with LED lights, audio system with indoor and outdoor speakers, full size fridge, stove and a microwave, gas/electric water heater, AC, furnace heater, TV antenna, 30AMP power, 2x20lbs propane tanks with level indicator, electric jack, manual stabilizers,With the rent of this unit I will include all the necessary equipment such as water hose, sewer hose, wheel chokes, water pressure regulator, surge protector, power adapter for 50 to 30AMP, leveling blocks, power cord, hitch and weight distribution system that will connect to a 2" hitch receiver. Please be advised, all the accessories that are used would need to be returned in clean and working condition.Length 32'3"

Renter may choose to empty sewer (black) and grey water tank on their own or return it without doing so and pay an extra $100. If returned with empty tanks, the valves for black and grey water tanks must be opened.
Any damages and/or evedence of animals and smoking on board will be reported and a cleaning fee deducted from security deposit.If this is your first time renting/using a travel trailer/RV, please take time to learn how to properly operate the unit, as it does require a certain level of knowledge not only to operate it but also to avoid certain damages. It is not hard, but can be overwhelming for someone with no prior experience.
I will provide parts and accessories needed for the operation of the trailer. Some of the things you would need to bring are bed sets and optional accessories such as media streaming devices (such as Roku, DVD players, apple tv, flash drives with movies, etc.), Coffee makers, toasters, in other words anything else you might need that's not included with the trailer. Toilet paper (RV friendly), kitchen supplies will be included, if used please make sure they are washed and left in the same condition as they were prior to use.Pickup and drop off of the trailer must be after 6:30pm unless we agree otherwise, I'm more flexible on weekends.Also keep in mind I have a minimum of 3 nights rental. No maximum.Please feel free to ask any questions.
