Let the Kanab area be your base camp for day trips to Zion, Bryce, the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Grand Staircase, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The Wave, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and so much more! All are just a short distance away.We hope you enjoy our beautiful 2021 Forest River EVO. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults. The bunk beds can be easily stowed with the push of a button to allow for more storage. Fireplace provides nice ambiance and some warmth.Our family has lived in Southern Utah for many generations. We love our home and are happy to share local knowledge.Simply book your campsite; tell us the reservation details -- including campground, site number, and reservation dates -- and we will deliver it and have it all set up and ready for you to enjoy. All you have to do is show up, enjoy your stay, and we will haul it away when you are done.Use Kanab as your base camp to make day trips to many of the sites on your bucket list. Zion, Bryce, the Grand Canyon, Grand Staircase, and Lake Powell are all just a short drive from Kanab.Here are the RV parks we recommend in Kanab and Fredonia.

To avoid this fee, trailers must be cleaned out before return. Place dirty linens in the shower; throw out food and trash; clean any spills.Use of Add-ons are at the renters' risk. Damage to Add-ons will be assessed, and costs for repairs or replacements will be taken out of the security deposit.There is no smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed in the trailers. Any signs of these things will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.Do not climb on the roof for any reason.No Pets allowed...if you allow pets in the trailer, the minimum cleaning fee is $500.Please read the entire Rental Agreement for all additional rules of the road.
