The Excursion Cruiser

The RV does not look as it is on the photos. The couches are peeling the back restroom has a hole in the door the front shower when trying to use it the water squirt out of where the handle is so it goes all over so that’s not usable every cabinet was filled with their personal stuff. There was nowhere to put my food. My dry goods had to keep them on top of the bunkbed the stairs started to make noise after having the RV for a few hours. I contacted the owner and asked them about keeping the steps stable because of the noise ended up charging me to repair his stairs almost $600. He took out of my deposit also because we went to stagecoach didn’t notice there was no festival on there. I seen tailgating. Somehow Mr. festival sign ended up taking the rest of my deposit $930 for violation and taking it to stagecoach you pay a prep fee the RV was dirty. The windows were dirty on the inside. Nothing was wiped down and cleaned to my cleanliness standards. I just don’t want no one else to get scammed into renting this RV and then keeping your deposit so they could upgrade their RV on the outside of the RV. My husband asked them where did all the dance come from and the owner said they were mostly from him. This is a total scam because my husband told him we were going to stagecoach when he was picking up the RV and the husband said that was fine.. I’m submitting the text message that we had with the owner, letting him know about the stairs that it was struggling when we got it within a few hours.
