Built brand new in 2021, our Rockwood Mini Lite 2104s is the perfect trailer for couples and small families.Our 2104s has ample floor space thanks to its full sized slide out containing a large dinette and murphy which converts into a reclining sofa.The trailer can easily sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. The U Shaped Dinette converts into a full size mattress and the murphy bed is a cozy queen.Cooking is a breeze with a 4 burner stove, large oven and ample counter space! Keeping the kitchen stocked is a piece of cake with the large 12v fridge and plenty of pantry space.The upgraded all electric 12v fridge replaces the old school and often hazardous propane fridge units. With a 190w roof mounted solar panel and dual 6v batteries you'll have ample power for your boon docking adventures!The unit has a spacious bathroom and the shower has the all new shower miser system, allowing you to save water while waiting for it to heat up. No more wasting precious fresh water trying to warm the pipes.The unit comes with a 1080p LED TV and Bluetooth system. Speakers inside and outside of the unit with a TV mount on the exterior. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Delivery dates and times must be locked in 7 days prior. In certain situations, we can try and adjust delivery days or times but this may result in a $79 reschedule fee.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Inside the RV you will find a user guide that contains simple instructions for all of the amenities on the unit. It will also provide you with best practices and recommendations for use. Also you will find a link to the website where a digital version can be found with video guides and walkthroughs.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Our recommendation would be to pay for our delivery service rather than picking up. With your delivery service we will hook up any utilities that your campground of choice provides. For boon dockers, you can add on our solar & generator package giving you all of the power you need while off grid. With a 50/30/30 tank setup, you'll have plenty of storage for fresh and waste water. You can also add on 15 gallons of fresh water which will be mounted to the rear of the unit.
