5.0Bree was great in making sure there RV was all ready for me and my family. We enjoyed using it for the week in Dinosaur Valley State park. Everything worked great and it was easy to tow.

• Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV at any time. Evidence of smoking (including odor or residue) will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
• Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wet wipes (even “flushable” wipes), paper towels, feminine products, or any other items. A trash can will be provided for disposal.
• Guests are responsible for proper use of the plumbing system. Any clogs or damage caused by improper use may result in repair charges.
• No roof access unless explicitly approved in writing by the owner.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
• No off-road travel. The RV must only be towed on paved, maintained roads and within manufacturer towing limits.
• The RV must be returned in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
