• Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV at any time. Evidence of smoking (including odor or residue) will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. • Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wet wipes (even “flushable” wipes), paper towels, feminine products, or any other items. A trash can will be provided for disposal. • Guests are responsible for proper use of the plumbing system. Any clogs or damage caused by improper use may result in repair charges. • No roof access unless explicitly approved in writing by the owner. • Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage fees. • No off-road travel. The RV must only be towed on paved, maintained roads and within manufacturer towing limits. • The RV must be returned in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
