6330 lbs empty, 30" long. Will need a vehicle with a brake controller. Full size trucks and SUV's are needed. Towing experience is required.
Bunks are full size and dinette folds down to a bed. Master bedroom with sliding door! Also has an outdoor shower! Extra mini refrigerator outside for drinks and extra storage!
Comes with all the necessities free of charge:
+Weight Distribution Hitch with 2 5/16th ball. (You need a 2" receiver, and round 7 pin plug-in on your vehicle)
+ 2 full 20lb propane tanks
+ Fire starting kit
+ Pots/Pans, roasting sticks
+ 4 camping chairs
+ Paper plates/plastic dinnerware + Misc family DVDs
+ Large outdoor area rug
+ 2 rolls of toilet paper
+Coffee PotBoon-Docking?? *Dual fuel generator that operates off of gasoline or propane available for $30/night. (reduced rate for longer trips)Mattresses are covered by a waterproof cover. You will need to provide your own bedding!Pick up and drop off times are set for noon, but we are open to early pick ups/late drop offs as long as there is not a scheduling conflict.Power sources: This unit needs a 30 amp RV outlet to run all it's systems. We do have a 110 adapter that can be used to plug into a standard household outlet. Keep in mind that a household outlet Will Not work with the A/C.
