Brand New Thor Quantum 2022 LF31 Class C available for rent located right by the beautiful Smoky Mountains! This beautiful RV offers comfort and relaxation for the whole family with many upgraded amenities including full back up/turn signal cameras and screen, Apple Play, wireless charging, roll down shades, a tankless water heater, 2-burner gas with single induction cooktop, and so much more! You will find sleep quarters fit for almost any situation with a queen main bed, two bunk beds, a full size flyover, a scissor bed sofa, and a dinette conversion. In addition, storage is not a problem, with a complete armoire and above bed storage in the main bedroom, cabinets in the bathroom, large storage cabinets in the kitchen and living room area of the coach, and outdoor storage compartments. 3. Booking minimum is 3 days.
4. 100 Miles a day is included with your rental, after that the cost is $.55/mile.
5. You receive 4 hours of generator usage per day of rental. If you go over the 4 hours per day, the cost is $5 per hour over.
6. Delivery cost is $2.75 per mile up to 125miles. Call before renting for any delivery needs beyond 125 miles. Minimum delivery fee is $50
7. Vehicle will have a full tank of gasoline and must be brought back with a full tank. If not full, you will be charged the cost of gas, plus a $50 service fee.
8. Vehicle will have a full tank of LP and must be brought back with a full tank. If not full, you will be charged the cost of LP, plus a $50 service fee.
9. The rig should be returned clean and without alterations or in need of repair. If it is not returned clean as found, a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed. If there is need of repair, you will pay for the repair and your security deposit will be held until we ascertain the cost of the repair. If the repair cost is greater than the security deposit, then you will be charged the difference.
10. The black and grey tanks should be emptied prior to return. If they are not empty, a $250 dumping fee will be assessed.We have discounts for longer-term rentals!
