5.0Very good communication with the host. The walkthrough and explanation of the RV at hand-off was very thorough and we felt like we had all the info we needed once we left. The host was accessible during the time we had the RV and answered any quick questions we had. Very clean unit that felt like home right away. Especially loved the AC as a respite on a hot weekend of racing. Would definitely recommend this host/trailer and our first experience with Outdoorsy was very easy and smooth.
