Leather couch (pull out bed), theater seating for watching the 40" TV. Dining table that converts to a bed for children to sleep. Beautiful fireplace for evening ambiance (with or without heat). Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and a center island for indoor cooking. Bathroom including standup shower indoor/outdoor. Optional: Pitboss pellet smoker grill and griddle flat top to use with the outdoor kitchen including refrigerator and 40" TV under an outdoor awning. All cooking pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot included. Games- cornhole boards, ladderball, and frisbee golf. Outdoor rug, camping chairs, extension cords, and perimeter lights and basic necessities (toilet paper, ziploc bags, paper towels, tin foil, linens and bath towels) included. The camper is cleaned and sanitized after each use.
