It’s not brand new but it’s very nice and comfy, the previous owner did smoke in it, we have not, it was professionally cleaned with ozone machines but someone with strong smoke allergies should be aware of this fact. There are a few blemishes due to it making many memories with the two families that have owned it, It has a very large bathroom with glass shower, all wood cabinets with rear kitchen electric awning and a nice sectional with a sleeper, it will sleep 3 total 2 in the bed and 1 on the sofa(more for children) the table is a free standing which can be moved. It has smart tv’s in it also. It has pots and pans as well as silverware all you need to do is bring your food, clothes, and enjoy.
