Welcome!! This trailer packs a punch in a small size!! Clean, comfortable, and well stocked- We take care of you! Perfect for families of 4-5 but can sleep more if needed.
Sleeps 4-8 (8 max)
Queen (short) Murphy bed-folds down above sofa, sleeps 2.
Double over double bunk, sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults comfortably.
U shaped dinette converts into sleeping area for 1 adult or 2 kids.
Linens and pillows provided for each sleeping space!U shaped dinette slides out to maximize interior space! Large 15' awning with exterior lights (multiple colors!) and speakers to help bring the party outdoors! Stereo/radio system has Bluetooth capability or auxiliary input.The dinette table provides ample seating and has extra storage available under the seat cushions.Bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink/cabinet with a medicine cabinet for storage.Moderately stocked kitchen includes pots/pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils and some extras as well! Kitchen has large refrigerator/freezer, 2 burner range and microwave.We provide basic cleaning supplies, broom/mop, washcloths/towels, dish towels, hand soap, dish soap, dish scrubber, and small first aid kit. Please bring all personal toiletries.NO smoking or vaping Inside the trailer.We clean/sanitize the camper between each rental. We expect the camper to be in a similar state to pickup/delivery. We provide basic cleaning, laundering, and sanitizing ($50 cleaning fee), but if we find If the camper is returned excessively dirty and takes longer than an hour to clean we will keep a portion of your deposit to cover any excess cleaning of $45/hr.Pets are welcome with a $10/night fee. If we find excessive pet messes, ie urine or feces, upon inspection, we will keep a portion of your security deposit ($150) to cover costs of cleaning.
After the rental period, we’ll conduct a walkthrough and then release the security deposit (less any damage from renter or pets or cleaning charges if necessary).Cosa è inclusoWe include emptying of the water and sewage tanks at no extra charge to you if you choose delivery- unless the campground does not have a dump station. If we must dump the RV off-site, we charge a $75 sanitation fee. If you pickup, we expect the tanks to be emptied upon return. Upon inspection, if the tanks are found to be full, we charge a $75 sanitation fee (withheld from the security deposit).No dry camping or boondocking. We set up the hookups for you at delivery! We cover all of the info on how the systems work in our “welcome” book found inside the trailer. We can also go over details with you if you’re present at delivery!
