Purchased new in May 2018. This unit will comfortably sleep two adults and 3 children. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, place settings, utensils and bedding. It has a 40" LED retractable Smart TV for the living area and 32" LED Smart TV in the rear bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with the industry standard short queen. We have upgraded it with a premium memory foam mattress. Full Kitchen with microwave and mid size refrigerator. Two motorized slide outs. Stand up shower and private bath room. 19' Outside awning, outside entertainment center with 32" LED Smart TV, Outside kitchen with LP Grill Hook and outside shower.Please note we take pride in providing the best quality rental for your vacation. So we request you take care of our coach. Please return coach at the same fuel level as received, return clean, trash free, full of propane and ensure the gray and black tanks are drained and flushed. In the event our requests are not met there will be the following charges removed from your security deposit. Cleaning fee $125, Tank drain and flush $100 and fuel at $10 per gallon and propane at $10 per gallon. All drivers must be verified thru outdoorsy to qualify for insurance.
