We will gladly clean out the grey and black water tanks for you upon your return.To avoid additional charges, please return the diesel fuel tank full, as failure to do so will result in a refueling fee of $50 plus the cost of fuel.We have a strict no-smoking or vaping policy inside the RV, with a Smoking Fee of $500 applied upon return inspection.As fellow dog enthusiasts, we happily welcome pets for an extra fee of $200 per approved animal, with a maximum of 2 animals allowed.Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in fees being deducted from the security deposit.For stationary rentals where the RV will not be driven, please note the $6 per mile delivery fee, which covers the round trip for delivery and pick up. 5This was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had over the years. George had excellent communication and made the trip very easy for us. The RV was exceptionally clean and well put together. There were many very thoughtful touches throughout. We intend to use his RV again in our future trips. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars, because it was stellar!
