4.0Overall, this was a great little RV. It is very compact and easy to drive. However, there are some things that need to be pointed out. First, the listing says this is the 18 M model. It is not. It is the 18 a model. It is a different layout than I was expecting which threw me off. Secondly, the owners are very nice, but they have very limited knowledge about how their RV actually works. I had to ask them three different questions during the trip, and I was told to google each time. Not exactly very helpful when something isn’t working while traveling. I would only recommend renting this RV for people who are experienced with the vans and understand how things work on their own. Do not expect any help from the owners and troubleshooting things that may pop up along the way.

2.0Host was exceptional but a previous renter must of broken bed support which we didn't find at initial inspection. Porta Potty on board not a toilet with sewage hookup. [Outdoorsy doesn't appear to have host choices for toilet type.] It was never used since factory plastic covers were in place. Since this toilet wasn't setup with batteries for rinse flush we chose campground bathrooms instead. We cut our stay to 1-night and slept in the driver and passenger seats. since the bed wasn't an option. We contacted our Hosts and they reimbursed us due to the bed issue and reimbursed us for the fresh water hose that was missing from the van. Again, the Hosts were great! Knowledge on van workings not so much but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Would rent again from Outdoorsy but we are planning on purchasing our own RV Van and just wanted to see if we liked the experience.
