Highly communicative and responsive
Kenneth (also Ken/Rick) consistently receives praise for excellent communication, being responsive, punctual for drop-off/pickup, and actively assisting guests, even bringing TV remote batteries.
Easy to tow and spacious
The camper is noted as an easy tow, spacious, clean, well-stocked, and comfortably sleeps 6 with a private master bedroom. However, some encountered issues like non-working outside lights, no cooking gas, GFI trips, dirty AC, and roaches.

4.0The camper worked out very well for our family. The layout is ideal, with the master bedroom being slightly detached from the main area, so there is a bit more privacy. It was well stocked and the owner was easy to work with.

2.0Host was super responsive and set up ahead of time. Comfortably slept our crew of 6. However, camper was not in the condition photographed. There were no outside lights to see at night. No gas to cook with. The electrical was messed up and we were advised ahead of time that the GFI would keep tripping (which it did) and that the flickering lights were the campground’s fault. We have camped many a time at Hanna and know it’s not a campground electrical issue.

5.0Ken is great and very responsive! Brought tv remote batteries over when we realized that was why the tv wasn’t working :) The only thing that should be looked into was why the heating unit shut off after a few hours use, but I already discussed that with Ken and I’m sure he will be looking into it. It was uncharacteristically cold so we did want the heat on. There was a nice electric fireplace which did work great, added some ambience, and put out heat as well, so that worked ok in a pinch!
