The living room features large reclining sofa with vibrating and heated seats, TV w/ Amazon Stick and electric fireplace. The master bedroom features a very comfortable king bed, Smart TV, large dresser and closet. The master bath includes large separate glass shower, vanity with sink and fully stocked linen closet.The second bedroom includes a pull-down queen bunk, two couches that can be utilized as a dining room or fold them down for a second queen bed and a single bunk plus a full bath with shower, sink and toilet.Inside the camper, you can expect to find a full complement of silverware both plastic and metal (we sanitize everything after every rental) pots, pans, table ware paper and ceramic, cups, Keurig Coffee Maker, basic seasonings, fresh linens, towels, wash rags, chairs, Bluetooth connect for steaming music from your phone to indoor and outdoor speakers.Knowing that you will want to spend time outside, we provide four folding outdoor chairs, a folding table, large fan, solo outdoor fire pit, large outdoor rug, 13x13 tent for additional shade. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed upon return or pick up if camper is messy beyond normal use. We do sanitize all dishes and pans but please wash your dishes after use. Our goal is to provide a great experience for you and your family please help us in achieving that with taking care of this camper. Any damage or issues must be immediately reported. Smoking in the camper will incur an additional $800 cleaning fee.
