Hosts offered excellent communication, resolving a screen issue late at night. They were available for questions and provided sundries. One guest was asked to extend their trip, incurring an extra day payment.

5.0Amazing space and excellent communication and hospitality. From the moment the trip began, the communication was superb and they did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable. There was a small issue with the screen that controls the unit but they messaged with us late at night to figure it out and get it resolved. This is a very nice unit and I highly recommend for your next trip or adventure.

3.0I rented the RV for 4 days. Everything was accepted. A few days later, a lady sent me a message saying that I had to rent one more day because they couldn't pick up the RV that day. I didn't like that since I had already organized everything that this type of trip entails. I had to pay for one more day. I didn't like that.
