Stay in comfort and luxury in this spacious 37 foot bunkhouse travel trailer. Rear master bedroom layout allows for plenty of room to walk around the queen sized pillow top mattress. Moving forward into the living area you'll find a leather reclining sofa and u-shaped dinette with a perfect view of the 40" TV mounted on the wall. Across from the dinette is a very spacious kitchen with 3 burner gas cooktop and oven, microwave and large capacity refrigerator. The island sink and countertop provide a great work area to prep meals and the large pantry provides plenty of storage for food and supplies. At the front of the trailer you'll find the private bunkroom with plenty of storage and solid door to close off the room from the main living area.Please note that it is your responsibility to book the campsite. It is highly recommended that you do so before booking the RV. Please be sure that any site booked can accommodate a 37ft RV with slideouts on both sides and has a minimum electric hookup of 50 amps. If the site does not have sewer connections a $90 dump fee will be charged.Cosa è inclusoAll necessities are included at no extra charge:

My wife and I recently purchased our first camper and we enjoyed the experience so much we figured we would share it with everyone! We enjoy taking weekend trips and exploring our local areas and spending time outdoors. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I usually have pretty open availability for drop off and pick up and the campgrounds usually dictate when those times are. Please check with the Campground you chose to see when their check-in/check-out times are.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
All of the hookups will be set and ready for use when you arrive to your site. For guests staying longer than 3 days, dumping of the gray and black tanks may be needed during your stay and instructions will be giving on how to do so when you arrive on your first day.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Everything about the RV is easy. Just remember that this is a home on wheels so always be mindful of how much hot water is being used at one time. Keep an eye on the tank monitors and dump tanks when necessary. Any food going into the fridge may take some time to chill due to the nature of the RV refrigerators.
Q.What needs to be done at the end of my stay?
A.
At the end of your stay I ask that the camper be returned in the condition it was left. Please wipe down counters and clean out fridge, sweep/vacuum the floor and mop where needed. Wash any dirty dishes and leave out to dry (I will put them away and prepare them to traveling). Please place dirty towels inside the shower on the floor. Remove sheets from beds and place them on the floor next to the bed.
