5.0We had a wonderful five-day stay in Shaun’s RV and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Shaun went above and beyond our expectations—from excellent communication and thoughtful amenities to seamless delivery and pickup. He even checked in with me mid-trip just to make sure everything was going well, which really meant a lot. The RV was spotless when it was delivered, which is extremely important to me, especially after past experiences where that wasn’t the case. Honestly, it looked like it had never even been used. We will absolutely be reaching out to Shaun again for our next adventure.

4) Consider personal vehicle parking when choosing lot size or location. 5) 50 Amp hookup required. Pre-approved exceptions only.
6) Onsite water & sewer hookups required. No exceptions.

Plumbing Policy: No coffee grounds or anything bigger than the trap down drains. Bodily fluids, stool, and ONLY the supplied RV toilet paper are authorized and safe to flush in the toilets. Flushing anything else risks major damage to the macerator and pump, which may incur a charge of up to $1000 for repairs. Please use supplied bathroom trash bins for everything else.

Our first baby was on the way when we moved out of a brick home in Central Texas into a brand new DRV, our child's first home. This adventure provided us with tremendous freedom, flexibility, and community that only full-timing in RV Resorts could give us. A second baby was on the way and we decided to hang up the full-timing hat for a brick home near the Florida/Georgia line. We are excited to take the boys with us on new RV adventures and we hope to serve others in the same pursuit!
