Overall good experience. Louie is friendly and easy going person and was flexible with our requests. We thought the RV was little run down for 2019 model. We cleaned it before and after the trip. We think we returned it in a better condition tan we received it.

He has a couple of these RVs and we rented #1 but got #2. There was numerous issues with this. Honesty and safety is not their concern. Everything from the pick up to the RV was shady and is running a couple of businesses out of a house with interesting people. I could give a long list of unprofessional behavior. No accountability everything wrong was someone's fault. Supposedly was cleaned, didn't smell or look like it, had a sweaty guy installing a TV after it "was cleaned" and had pet hair in it. I opened cabinets and cockroaches ran out. Toilet stunk, we were told it was cleaned and pumped. I had to reclean everything before we left because I didn't want my kids touching anything. Oil change was past due, they said the sticker wasn't replaced. We had a long drive and after driving through the night when we arrived in the morning we noticed the two back tires were worn out with rips in them. They were end of life. Took first two days of our trip dealing with getting tires replaced. I can post pics and videos. Someone had it in an accident before us at some point and that side back tire was torn and worn in shreds. The other side had a complete rip in it near the rip. The repair guy said it could have been a tire rotation machine or just worn out or rotted on both sides. He said all tires should have been replaced. The front tires at the least needed air. We could have been in a major accident. It is listed as a 2019 but already had about 44,000 miles on it. We returned safely, we didn't want to use the toilet since it stunk so bad and they told us to add water and flush with a some scent tab. We did that and didn't notice a difference. However we were charged for it to be flushed and charged a cleaning fee. I returned it in much better condition then we received it and you could smell the cleaners. We ended up splitting our family up and slept indoors and not in the RV because it smelled and never ended up at any campgrounds. We used no appliances. Disappointed in how we were treated and how we were misled. I will do an RV trip again just not with this owner. There was no empathy out of him no offer to refund any days due to the stress of dealing with the repairs and the issues. We have other kinds of rentals and always make sure the customer is happy and is taken care of and expectations are met. This is run as a business not as a personal owner. However it isn't like a car rental place where you notice things are wrong and have them swap out a car. We would have had to cancel our vacation. Outdoorsy has all communications and roadside assistance has all communications from the owner as well.

Great RV for a quick weekend getaway. Slept 4 very comfortably. Easy pickup and dropoff. Would 100% rent this RV from Louis again in the future.
