We are listing our family's travel trailer to help other families create their own unforgettable moments together. Our trailer is well stocked with special touches to make this feel like a home away from home.*Outside, there is a large 15ft one-touch power awning with blue led lights and a large outdoor patio mat, we also include up to 6 outdoor folding chairs, great for hanging out in the chill Florida nights.
*Our kitchen comes stocked with a small coffee pot, dinnerware for up to 8, cutlery, cookware, utensils, kitchen towels & cleaning supplies, again our home away from home.
*Our bathroom has a small tub and standing shower. We provide up to 8 towels, 2 hand towels and 10 washcloths at no additional charge with rental. The number of towels we provide depends on how many travelers per reservation.
*We have a queen mattress in the front private room, there is additional closet storage on either side of the bed. In the rear of the trailer is a full over full bunk bed. The dining table can convert into a full-size bed and the couch can convert into a full-size bed. This trailer can technically sleep up to 10, for comfort we would recommend 8. We do provide fresh mattress protectors, sheets, pillowcases (pillows not included) and light fleece blankets (comforters not included), all at no additional charge. Remember to pack your pillows and comforters/sleeping bags (please no down)!
*For entertainment we have a wall mounted 32 inch TV, small selection of DVD's (action, comedy & family), some family games (cards, Yahtzee, bingo, dominos & Jenga).For Delivery Option:
*Free delivery to campsite/destination available w/in a 20-mile radius, $2 per mile for delivering beyond 20 miles. Distance and prices are negotiable.
*Will hook, unhook and dump with delivery for an additional fee of $25.
*Generator available for rent, $50 per day.For Pick-up Option:
*Renter must be willing to pick-up from our home in Atlantic Beach, no home deliveries.
*Renter must have a brake controller installed in their vehicle to tow this trailer.
*Weight distribution kit available for 1/2 ton or smaller for an additional fee of $25 (hitch included).
*Must have 2 5/16 hitch ball, if not, we have one available for an additional fee of $25.
