This van is more than a rental—it’s a return to where it all started. We don’t just rent vans—we live this.FlowVan was born from the road, built by full-time vanlifers with years of hard-earned experience across the U.S., Canada, and abroad. What started with a self-built van in 2021 turned into a full-blown conversion company, backed by real investors and run by a team with decades in the marine, auto, and off-grid power industries.Outdoorsy gave us our start, and we’re proud to bring our first FlowVans right here to Jackson and the greater Yellowstone Region—built to go further, last longer, and feel like home anywhere you park it.We build. We live it. And we’re here to help you experience it.Back in 2021, I built my first van by hand—no team, no shortcuts, just a dream and a set of tools. That original rig is still out there (you can find it on my personal Outdoorsy profile). But what began as a personal experiment in living simply and exploring freely has now evolved into a full-fledged fleet, thanks to a handful of bold investors who believed in this vision. We’ve faced real chaos—economic curveballs, late nights, and rebuilds—but we came through it with clarity, grit, and experience. Collectively, our crew has decades in the marine and automotive industries. Together, we distilled everything we learned on the road into what you're looking at now: the FlowVan 170.This is the simplest, most intuitive van rental experience we could create. Built with intention. Maintained with precision. Designed to be shared, split, soloed, or stashed off-grid.WHY Flowvan?
Because travel is time dilation—it bends moments, expands perspectives, and demands presence. And when everything around you is in motion, it’s nice to have something solid, warm, and quiet to come back to.This van is that.• Off-grid power, built around lithium + alternator tech
• Indoor hot shower + full kitchen setup
• Four-season insulation + diesel heater
• Designed for full-time use or a weekend reset
• 2023+ Mercedes Sprinter 170 4x4 High Roof
• Custom-built in the U.S. | Shipped globally | Maintained locallyWhy Jackson Hole?
Because we love this place. It's raw. It’s honest. And it teaches you things. We brought our first FlowVans to Jackson because Outdoorsy is where this story began, and this town is where we hope it continues. This rig—and all our rigs—are tools. Tools to think deeper, travel smarter, and reconnect with stillness.Whether you're out to ski, stargaze, or just be alone in comfort, this van is built for it.Split four ways, it’s cheaper than most hotels. Yet it offers something no hotel can: stillness, solitude, and movement—all at once. When You Give In to the Flow…
...you start to notice things. The quiet hum of winter mornings. The rhythm of your breath on a sunrise trail. The way stars don’t care about deadlines.
And if you’re lucky, you leave with a little more than just a memory—you leave with a new way of moving through the world. So thank you, Outdoorsy—for being the catalyst. And thank you, Jackson, for giving us a place to land.Book now. Ride the flow. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll never go back.Cosa è incluso• Everything you'd expect from the Top Hotel standard and above - we include free fire pits in every rental• Lithium power bank + alternator charging
• Full kitchenette + hot indoor shower
• 4-season insulation + diesel heater
• Convertible lounge/bed + smart storage• Full-time livable layout :)RaccomandazioniYellowstone to Canada up western Montana. Don't book a hotel or pay for a single campsite. Let Flowvan do the hard work.Altre cose di cui prendere notaWe'll send you a walkthrough video 24 hours before checkin. Just keep breathing deeply. We built our first van in 2021 to escape the noise—no roadmap, no investors, just tools, time, and a need to breathe. Since then, we’ve earned the trust of global suppliers, built out shops, and negotiated partnerships that let us ship rigs and parts anywhere in the world. But none of that matters unless the van brings you back to something real.
Every FlowVan is designed by people who live this life. No gimmicks, no influencer fluff—just reliable systems, intuitive design, and space to think again.
Hop in and you’ll feel it: a break in the narrative. A return to flow. Whether you're escaping for a few days or stepping into a new way of being, this van gives you the room to listen again—to nature, to silence, to yourself.
We’re not here to impress. We’re here to build what we wish existed.
