We deliver & setup this RV for you. We do not rent it any other way. The fun part is the Glamping! I-40 is not fun with an RV in tow nor are the winding roads to the National/State Parks. We’ll make sure everything is perfect so you can enjoy the outdoors, your family, & friends.This RV is brand new & fully loaded. It’s stocked with everything! FireTV in the master bedroom & Fire Stick TV w/DVD in the living room. Outdoor mount for living room TV. Bluetooth stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers. Automatic awning w/LED lighting. Full bath w/walk-in shower. Mosquito fogger (must have!). 3 rocking chairs/2 reg chairs. Picnic table & 2 benches. Large Yeti-style cooler. Outdoor fridge/freezer, stove, & sink. 2 outside entrances, 1 to the main living area & 1 to the bathroom. This keeps the living area tidy. Blackout shades. Central heat/air. Fireplace w/ambient lighting. Quiet generator w/remote. 30 & 50 amp hookup, digital circuit breaker for your safety. Stocked w/cleaning supplies & pots, pans, utensils, etc. Range/stove/oven, microwave, full-size fridge & freezer, master bed & both bunk beds Great mattresses, fresh linens & pillows provided, closet space. Electric grill. Large griddle.Available within 80 miles of Jackson, TN. Long-term rental allowed. This RV is very popular during the holidays when whole family is in town so book in advance. No smoking. No climbing on the roof. Campfires must be a minimum of 10 feet from the RV and its awning. No frying foods inside the camper. Roll the awning in before a storm! Takeout all trash from the camper when you leave. Leave towels/wash rags in the shower. Leave bed linens on the beds. Clear your items out of the refrigerators (don't forget the 2nd fridge outside!) and take your items from the pantry and cupboards. Wipe the kitchen and bathroom counters down. Wipe down outdoor kitchen stove and sink.
