• No smoking or vaping inside the RV – $500 cleaning fee if violated.
• No climbing on the roof for any reason.
• No off-road travel or unapproved festivals without written permission.
• Please remove shoes inside the RV to help keep it clean.
🐾 Pets ($40 per trip)
• Pets are allowed with prior approval only.
• Renters must clean up after pets and protect furniture.
• Additional cleaning fee may apply for excessive pet hair or damage.
🛠️ Setup & Operation
• If towing, trailer brake controller and 7-pin connector are required.
• Never move the RV after we’ve delivered and set it up.
• Use only provided RV toilet paper—no flushable wipes or feminine products.
• Let water fully drain before driving (if applicable).
💧 Water, Sewer & Tanks
• If sewer is not available onsite, please notify us when tanks are ⅔ full for pump-out or instructions.
• Do not overfill freshwater or gray/black tanks.
• When in freezing temperatures, always coordinate water hookup with us.
🧼 Cleaning
• Please return the RV in reasonably clean condition:
• Dishes rinsed
• no food down drains
• Trash removed
• Floors swept
• Excessive cleaning may incur up to a $150 fee.
🔋 Generator & Battery
• $20/night Generator (if rented) includes 8 hours per day Extra hours: $5/hour.
• Please monitor battery levels and propane usage. We’ll review how to check them.

• RV propane tanks will be full at delivery. Return full or choose a flat-rate refill fee of $10
