Sleeps to 4 people - RV twins size bunk beds sleeps (2) adults, with sofa bed - dinette seats 4 people, (dinette can lower to a small bed), Ceiling mounted A/C unit , toilet & shower 3-burner propane stove top, ample cabinet space, Bluetooth indoor/outdoor stereo system, USB charging ports, many well-placed electrical outlets, & LED lighting throughout , Coffee maker , 3 camping chairs , patio lights .All reservations are provided with a 2 propane tank , fully charged battery , empty black/gray tank and clean unit inside & out.Also Includes the following: stocked with kitchen amenities (disposable plates/cups/utensils , spatula & skillet , matches & lighter, outdoor grill/grill tools , fresh water fill hose/filter, water regulator,Our camper is very clean and well kept. Super easy towing its great for longer trips. Pets welcome! This RV has taken our family of four to the beach, the mountains and places in between. We love how easy it is to tow, and simple to set up and take down.*** Rental Rates are Negotiable for rentals longer than 7 days ***Contact me and see if I can earn your business. Renting an RV can be a lot cheaper than hotels, plus its just a lot more fun.Temporary change in rental - With Covid 19 going on I am asking that all renters use their own bedding and bath towels for the rental. Additionally renters should use and practice good hand washing procedures during the rental.Our insurance covers you and the RV.
