Sent several emails initially but did not get any communication from the host until I called the customer service number to find out how to get in contact. The battery for the camper would not hold a charge so the first night we had to take all of our food out of the fridge and put it back into our cooler. Had no electricity or lights at night since we had to turn off our generator at 10:00pm. The next day we ran our generator for 15 hours to charge the battery up but the battery still only lasted a couple of hours the next night. We picked the trailer up at 7:00pm on a Thursday night and returned it at 7:30pm on Sunday so the host charged us a $50 late return fee. Won't be trying this path again.

I'm not one that likes to leave bad reviews, but this host Annie leaves me no options. I have tried to resolve with her with no success. Annie has been "ghosting" me on resolving an issue. The issue is she agreed I could pick the trailer up one day ahead of time in the afternoon with no extra charge. Although, at the pickup she said I had to fill out that I picked it up early, subsequently, I have been charged the extra day. After several messages back and forth she is ignoring me. Outdoorsy is trying to communicate with her also, but she is ignoring them also. There are several messages back and forth stating she will reimburse the early pickup. On top of that, she charged me a $50 late drop-off fee when I text her and said I had it ready to be brought back 3 hours than when we first agreed. Then she says, just bring it back tomorrow, I have plans tonight. On another note, in her description of her trailer in her profile she says it's "like new". Here are some issues I'd say about that: The front window and screen would not open due to corrosion (important when your on a hot vacation" The front door was difficult to lock, even she had trouble doing so at pickup The safety cable for the emergency break on the hitch is broken It's only $97 but it's more the principal. I expect a better communication and honesty from the host!
