This simple 28ft Dutchmen Sport Lite sleeps 5 people comfortably, and up to 8 if you convert the dinette and couch. There are no bump outs, however, so 8 people would feel pretty tight!Primary "bedroom" features a plush full size bed with storage surrounding the bed, as well as hydraulic lifts to easily access additional blankets in the under bed storage. Outlets on either side of the bed provide easy access to charge your devices or plug in a Cpap, fan, or sound machine.Blackout curtains throughout ensure a great night of sleep. The curtain for the primary bedroom is also a blackout curtain to ensure privacy.Living/Dining/Kitchen area features a jackknife sofa, dinette with bench storage, sound system, 17" TV and DVD player, cordless vacuum, and a stove cover for added counter space that can easily be removed if utilizing the stovetop.The rear bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with a small wardrobe cabinet for storage. These beds have added padding since the mattresses are fairly thin. There is also storage under part of the bottom bunk.Storage is limited in the bathroom, so to address this there is a shower curtain pocket organizer that hangs on the outside of the shower to hold toiletries. The First Aid kit can be found under the sink, along with extra toilet paper and waste tank treatment tabs.The tankless water heater provides constant hot water. At campsites with full hookups, this ensures hot water for doing dishes any time with plenty left over for a warm bath or shower!Outside storage provides access to our outdoor rug, grilling/cooking accessories, pie irons, and provided standard bag chairs.If we deliver the camper we will park it where directed, level it, connect it to power, and put the awning out. I grew up camping (tent and travel trailer), and my husband did not. He’s grown to enjoy it, as long as we have an actual bed and air conditioning! We mostly stick around Eastern Iowa, but have taken our trailer to Illinois and Nebraska.
We have two dogs that aren’t big on camping so they usually stay home. We don’t have kids, but we do have lots of nieces and nephews, and sometimes foster kids camp with us!
