**All of our trailers are licensed for delivery at State Parks, which is required. Do not risk renting a trailer that will get rejected at entry!**Beautiful 33’ 2021 Jayco bunkhouse ready for your adventures! This single slide unit features a large open common space with two large double bunks in the rear and a private full size 80" queen bedroom in the front making the trailer fit the needs of all. This trailer also offers one entry door into the common area as well as a private entry into the bedroom! Added sleeping space is found within the couch that pulls out as well as the dinette that transforms into another bed. The pull out coach and dinette will only comfortably sleep smaller children however. Outside kitchen features a mini fridge, pull out sink with running water as well as a propane fueled two burner stove. 20’ awning is there to provide shade and an outdoor LED light will help illuminate your setting.One of the many factors that set our units apart is that we have meticulously stocked each trailer with all the amenities you'll need to simplify your experience. Bring your clothes & food, we’ll cover the rest!

-Linens, pillows and blankets for each sleeping space that will be utilized.
-Full selection of towels. Bath, hand & wash clothes.
-Reusable place settings and utensils.
-Cookware including one pot, one pan and cooking utensils.
-Keurig with complimentary K-Cups.
-Cleaning supplies with dish soap, hand soap, disinfectant, trash bags, plenty of toilet paper & one roll of paper towel.
-Camp chairs for your party, up to 6.
-TV with DVD player. Please note, the TV does not have any cable or satellite service therefore does not receive any channels.Whether you are heading out to a camping adventure or need overflow sleeping for a family get together, our units are everything you need!We do offer a pet friendly environment with approval prior to booking as well as paid pet fee. 5The RV was perfect for our family of 4. Erik was very thorough when we arrived, and the RV was immaculate, with nice quality kitchen items. It was our first time in an RV, and it had a great layout and made our stay at Timber Ridge wonderful. The AC/bathroom all worked great. We did the add ons for the Blackstone grill, zero G chairs, firewood and it was all worth it. Highly recommend Erik and his business!

Modern Comfort Camping was founded by Amy & Erik Fancher on the fundamental thought that there is nothing better than the outdoors and spending time with those that you love. Realized in 2020 and officially kicked off in 2021, we are passionate about bringing our appreciation for nature and time away with those that share the passion, brand new to the experience, and everyone in between.
Camping had been a long-running tradition within both of our families as far back as we can remember. We both have fond memories of being outdoors, the smell of a campfire, and enjoying time with our loved ones. After we met, camping quickly became the first trip that was planned each year. We started small, with nothing more than a tent and a lantern, but as our family grew, so did our collection of camping supplies. We slowly acquired more gear to not only accommodate our son and two daughters but to modernize the practice as well. While being committed to the tent experience, our camping footprint grew to more of an outdoor city that required either a truck & trailer or two completely loaded vehicles to move around. Setup was easily half of a day, and tear down had to be started the day before leaving just to prepare for the puzzle that was putting everything back in our vehicles. It started to feel more like moving than camping! It was at this point we decided to upgrade our camp life and invest in a travel trailer. Simplifying our lives meant having everything loaded and ready to go so we could make impromptu trips as well as the well-thought-out ones. Camping went from a once or twice a year enjoyment to ten to twelve times a year!
This is the experience we hope to share with our guests. We make life easy by providing the necessities so you just need to bring your clothes, some food, and your loved ones. Our value-added trailers are an Airbnb on wheels!
