This 2022 Pioneer RB215 comes with everything you need to enjoy your getaway. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a keurig (we provide some basics to get you started), microwave, 3 burner range with oven, 2 basin sink and refrigerator with freezer.When your ready to "hop" into bed (this bed is High, like really high) The new 12" residential Serta hybrid mattress will ensure you get a wonderful night's sleep while you're traveling with none of the typical hotel bed quandary.The jackknife sofa can be folded down to accommodate guests or just to enjoy watching 32" TV with Roku on rainy camp days or an evening or listening to the two zone radio which allows you to listen to your favorite tunes while inside and outside the rig.The refrigerator and freezer work on propane or electric to ensure your perishables stay nice and cold as you travel or park and has ample space to accommodate a whole family.The bathroom features a walk in glass shower with 5 setting massage shower head, a small hand sink and a chair height camode.You'll find plenty of storage throughout the rig to keep all your items out of the way while you enjoy your time. We provide all cookware, tableware, cooking utensils and flatware. We also provide linens for the bed and towels for the shower & kitchen.Outside you can relax in one of the provided camp chairs while you cook on the flat top grill in the outdoor kitchen. As a former boy scout and avid outdoorsman I love everything outdoors including camping, fishing, scuba diving and a whole lot more. I have always enjoyed getting out in nature and trying new things. I have explored many parts of this great country from the time I was little and continued that into my adulthood. When you rent with us you can rest easy knowing that my knowledge and experties is only a phone call away. We offer self serve rentals or full service with delivery and setup on every unit I rent. All of our rigs are fully cleaned top to bottom between every rental with meticulous detail. We enjoy our stay very much. The RV was in really good condition. The host was very clear from the beginning, and we didn't have any issues. Great experience.

We had an amazing time thanks to Jeremiah and his RV! We rented "Cozy, Comfortable & equipped RB215" last weekend. It was a last minute trip (like 2 days notice). I found a last minute opening at the campground and then logged in and found Jeremiah's RV. It was the perfect size for 2 ladies on a last minute girls trip. There is a fold out couch and lots of storage. Everything was clean and it came equipped with everything we would need. He delivered the RV by 4 pm on a Friday and then picked it up by 10 am on Sunday. He did everything with the connections and even turned on the AC full blast, so when we arrived the RV was nice and cool! We were able to contact him directly if something came up, but nothing ever did. It was perfect. We will definately rent from you again! Thank you!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
All rentals are slotted for pickup/delivery based on who booked first (we have multiple campers). This may mean that you may not be able to get delivered at exactly 2pm or picked up exactly at 11am but we will try our hardest. We do ask that once the time has been set for pickup (when delivered) you stick to it so that we can pick up the camper in a timely fassion.
Q.What time will you pickup the camper (when delivered)
A.
This will depend on a few different things. Camp-ground checkout time, We don't want you to have to pay for another day on the campsite because the camper is there past checkout time. Other deliveries/pickups. Since we run multiple campers we need to work with everyones schedule on a first come first servce basis, this may mean your rental may need to be picked up a little earlier in the day to allow us to get to our other pickups on time. We will always work with you whenever possible.
Q.What extra charges may I encure from my security deposit.
A.
All of these charges are completely avoidable.
1. Damages - If you damage something in/on the rig you will be billed replacement/repair costs.
2. Bodily Fluids - Any bodily fluids within the camper $150
3. Stained fabric items (ie sheets/mattress) - Replacement cost
4. Dumping of waste tanks $50
5. Propane is billed at $30 per partial tank
6. ANY evidence of smoking (including smell) $250
7. Any evidence of pets in the unit $150
8. Wait charge $50/hr - If we have to wait at checkin/pickup
Q.What should I do at the end of my rental
A.
The unit should be returned close to how you got it. Dishes should be washed, dried and put away. All of your personal items should be removed (check twice - EVERYWHERE). Then, remove all bedding (yes the pillow cases too) and put it on the couch, put any dirty towels in this pile too. Sweep the unit and clean up the counters. If you used any of the outdoor chairs or carpet it should be cleaned and put away. We'll take care of the rest when we get there.
