Extremely helpful, easy to deal
John (or his associate Jack) provides detailed explanations, especially for first-time RVers. Guests consistently praise his helpfulness and ease of dealing with him.
Functional, but has leak issue
Many guests found it clean and easy to set up, but one reported significant leaks from skylights and an unsanitized interior with dirty dishes.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Our Pick-up's and Return's during the work week are after 4:30PM. Weekends were more flexible. However contact us if this is a problem.
