SORRY NO DESERT TRIPS OR OFF ROADING This is a brand-new RV with 3000 miles on it so we ask that you follow the road rules so we can keep it that nice when we want to use it. TY • Absolutely no smoking. • Every driver must submit CLEAN and Valid DL for approval. • Pet must be approved only small dogs permitted with pet fee $150 per trip • Never go over 65 miles per hour • SLIDE AND AWNING MUST BE IN AS WELL AS JACKS UP BEFORE DRIVING OFF • Never let gas below 1/2 tank generator won't work at 1/4 tank • Must do a walk through with instructions on renting with owner before leaving. 60 minutes • Lost Keys or Fob $150 • No Towing or off road (unless approved) • No roof access • DO NOT throw anything but RV approved toilet paper in toilet • No traveling outside of the USA. • Make Wide Turns and go very slow on any bump and curb, might hit the back because the RV is long. • Always have a spotter when backing. • Grey/Black Tanks - Must be emptied by renter or a $150 fee will be applied. • Pet Traces Inside RV - $350 fee will be applied if pet was not approved or if not cleaned. • Cleaning - $300 minimum if NOT returned clean (fees will be based on condition and any excessive cleaning required). • Any Tire Damage (including objects in tires) - $250 per damaged tire. • Fuel Tank Must be Returned Full (unleaded) - $50 refill charge + cost of gas. • Renter is fully liable for any damages not covered by Renters Insurance. • NO SMOKING- $500 add-on cleaning FEE if RV has smoke odor • Propane Refill – Be sure to fill the propane $25 charge plus Propane costs. Waived if RV is a parked for stay and not driven then there will be a Propane usage charge. • Mileage: 150 free miles per day - 50 cents per mile over. • 4 Generator Hours / Day - $5.00 for each additional hour.
