Denise and Brian made pickup/dropoff easy, were flexible with scheduling, and accommodating with all needs, providing clear explanations for a smooth rental experience.

5.0The orientation video that we watched several times, was the most helpful, especially since this was our first time using an RV. Everything worked and was pretty easy to use. I appreciate the ability tostartthe refrigerator cooling during out drive so it was already cold when we got to our site. The electric hitch to move the camper made leveling a breeze. Denise and Brian were incredibly helpful and flexible with pick up and return scheduling too.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can make arrangements that work for you. We do work during the week so weekday pick ups need to be early morning or late afternoon. We will try our best to work with you if that does not work. Drop off time is any time the day of return before 8 pm.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The "full hookup"site itself will have an electrical box for connecting electricity with a connector we provide. Site should provide a water source that you can connect trailer to with hose we provide. Black sewer hose and leveling brackets that we provide for you to connect to sewer drain. You will need to make sure you clean out the hose prior to putting it back into storage spot on exterior of camper. If you have questions about this - please ask us when we do your orientation at pick up!
