Luke was noted for his kind mannerism, good communication, and fair repayment for a broken hitch part. Did not cover labor.

The RV lacked a TV/electronics, had an unusable outdoor stove, a rusted hitch that broke, raggedy blinds, and a lingering pet smell. Still provided basic comfort (cool, dry, warm showers).
