4.0Our trip was fun & KC Getaway is a great rental company. The only thing that wasn't great was Outdoorsy. I tried using the app to communicate with our host, but found that impossible. When I messaged the host via an email from Outdoorsy, I couldn't see the response. I'll skip Outdoorsy next time & go direct to the host.
