Blames for damages, hurried interactions

1.0Charged 150$ for a prep fee just to get the RV dirty with half eaten food in the pantry. Water pump wasnt working properly. Rv smelled like sewer. Hard to get hold of the hosts. Host always seemed to be in a hurry while pick up and drop off. Also being blamed for damaged that didnt occur, I have a video of the host lying about the damages and denying to provide date stamps on damage pictures for proof. I don’t recommend renting from them. Iv rented plenty of rv never had issues like these.

3.0The owners were nice . We had to wait to pick up the RV till 5pm to pick up the RV at 5pm on a 2 day rental. We waited almost 2 more hours trying to get the water tank to fill . It did not . So we were out in a camp area where we had to quite a ways to use the porta potty ...day time not so bad . Middle of the night . Horrible . No shower . The bed had a fitted sheet ..that's all . The camper was nice but this was our first experience renting an RV ...so def not a good experience
